True-up / Reconciliation Payments
The month following the end of each fixed term a ‘true-up’ payment/clawback is made of the actual paid usage consumed per customer during the contracted period.

 

For example, a true up will occur during each year of the SmartTracker product in line with the new 12 month fixed price period.

Low User Tariff Commission
If a customer falls below our minimum usage (Elec 5,000 kWh/Gas 10,000 kWh), we reserve the right to move them to a low user tariff (30-day notice), reconcile existing commission and pay ongoing residual of 0.4p (0.2p on Gas).

Clawbacks
The balance of any pre-paid commission will be clawed back in the event:

A supply does not go live for any reason

A change of tenancy occurs

We lose the supply

The product is mis-sold or invalid

Self Billing
Our payment system automatically sends you the invoices for your commission payments, saving you the time and hassle of doing so.

Via the benefit of self-billing we prepare and send you all your commission invoices/credit notes detailing each transaction. We will advise when money is credited to your account.
